Young talents support is significant activity of ELAN. We work with a number of state institutes to bring the fresh ideas into IT process. Graduates and students can participate in our programs as an internship, part time or free time basis to gain knowledge and practical experience. We offer good packages for students and post-graduates including hardware resources, internet access and intellectual assistance for their degree researches and works in the field of IT. Inspired with experience and way-of-thinking of professional programmers, young talents try to discover the new edges of technology and bring fresh ideas into the process. Qualified candidates have the opportunity to participate in our commercial or scientific works and find the deal of their interest and carrier.
